Returns & Exchanges

At Vaquita The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
